You can order online, by mail or telephone. We're happy to take your telephone order during our regular business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays Pacific time. Our business line is 760-772-9300. Should you reach voice mail during business hours, please leave a message with your return call details. Orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific time are usually shipped the same business day.
Since it may not be convenient for your schedule to call during our regular business hours, and if you are a returning customer, just leave your name, number and order and we will use the information we have on file and call you with a confirmation.
If you are a new customer you can leave a voicemail at any time and leave your order or a message, along with your name, address, and telephone number where you can be reached during business hours.

We want to make sure that you receive your order in a timely fashion, without unnecessary delays or problems. This means we need to be sure we have your correct street address, including zip code (unless your delivery is made to a post office box, via the USPS postal service).
If your receive an item damaged by the carrier, please save the box and packing material, and notify us at once. We will provide you with additional information for return or replacement.
We accept unopened product within 30 days or purchase.
No returns on persoal care items and any item that is not a supplement.
You must have a return authorization before returning product.
